We are ordinary people who would love to see coworkers move from merely working for a paycheck to being used by God to make a transformative difference right where God has placed them…transforming workers, renewing workplaces, and restoring the biblical view of work, all to reach the world for Christ.

How We Go About This

The Navigators Workplace Ministry Approach:

Our ministry operates through a structured, yet relational approach that equips believers to integrate work, worship, and witness into their professional lives. Here is how we go about it:

Equipping Believers

We provide tools, training, and mentoring to help Christians grow in their faith and live it out in the workplace. This includes Scripture memorization, daily time with God, leadership development, and practical workplace discipleship strategies.

Life-to-Life Discipleship

Rather than relying on large-scale programs, we focus on deep, personal, one-on-one and small-group discipleship. We walk alongside believers, helping them grow spiritually and learn to disciple others in their work environments.

Training for Workplace Missions: We develop workplace missionaries who see their jobs as mission fields. Through our Equipping Funnel, believers are trained to:

Build spiritual conversations and relationships.
Engage in pre-evangelism and evangelism.
Lead Bible studies and prayer groups at work.
Serve as shepherd leaders who mentor and disciple others.

Generational Multiplication

We don’t just make disciples; we train disciples to make more disciples. Our focus is on a generational movement where believers are continually equipped to lead others, creating disciple-making communities within workplaces.

Transforming Workplace Culture: Our vision is not just individual growth but cultural impact. As more Christians embrace this mission, workplaces will see:

Ethical leadership and integrity.
A renewed sense of purpose in work as worship.
Stronger communities of faith within businesses.
Companies modeling missional enterprise, where Christian values influence corporate culture.

The End Goal

Through equipping, discipling, training, and multiplying, we aim to see workplaces transformed into environments where Jesus is made known; not just through words, but through the lives of believers who model Christ daily.

Our Vision

Even before God gave Adam a family, He gave him a job. Work was part of paradise (filled with joy and purpose) for Adam and Eve.

Throughout the Bible we see God using people through their jobs and in their workplaces: Joseph, Esther, Daniel, Ruth (2:4-7), Nehemiah (1:11, 2:1), Paul, Priscilla and Aquila, Lydia, and many more. Today, God continues to use His people in their workplaces all over the world.

It’s been said the workplace is where the majority of Christians spend the majority of their time interacting with the majority of the unchurched world. Dr. Billy Graham wrote, “I believe one of the next great moves of God is going to be through believers in the workplace.”

In The Navigators, we want to come alongside men and women in the workplace, to help them experience what so many people in the Bible experience—that God wants to bless them and use them right where they are, through their jobs and in their workplaces.
