Conquering the Challenges of the 21st Century Church

There has been a shift in the kinds of people that U.S. churches are ministering to. In the past, their audience has been largely composed of people that had been to church before, and who were familiar with the traditions and vocabulary of the church tradition. Now there is a whole segment of Millennials who didn’t grow up in church, and who don’t understand typical church jargon or traditions. Even still, according to The Aspen Group’s research, these Millennials still believe that we live in a spiritual world, and, for many of them, faith is still important in their life.
